Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dirt & Dreams Off Grid Solutions LLC. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for physical products purchased through our website (dirtdreamsoffgrid.com).

Return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an unused, unopened item for a refund. Once equipment has been installed or used, it is no longer eligible for return.

Condition required. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all included accessories and documentation.

Return shipping costs. If you’re returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you’re responsible for the cost of return shipping. If we sent you the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or the item is defective, we cover the cost of return shipping.

International orders. We accept returns from international orders under the same terms above. Return shipping costs and any customs/duties charges on a return are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage in transit, or a defect).

How to start a return. Contact us at homeplot@dirtdreamsoffgrid.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide a return address.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

Non-returnable items. Installed or used equipment, custom or made-to-order items, and any item missing its original packaging are not eligible for return.
