  • HomePlot works offline — if something looks out of sync, try opening the app with a signal so it can catch up.
  • Signed in on a new device? Give it a minute to pull down your household’s data.

When you email us, it helps to include:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Your device type (iPhone, Android, etc.) and app version, if you know it
